- The breeding right will confer upon the Buyer the right, for the lifetime of the stallion, to one annual Northern Hemisphere nomination to the stallion, (each of which annual nomination may be used or sold by the buyer in their discretion but in compliance with the agreement) and the further right for the buyer to receive from the proceeds of any sale of the stallion by Whitsbury Manor Stud a one hundredth portion of the net proceeds.
- The breeding right shall not entitle the Buyer to participate in the management and/or control of the stallion.
- It shall be for the buyer to insure the breeding right and any annual nomination arising from it to such value and against such risks as the buyer sees it.
