Costs incurred by the stallion's keep, promotion, secretary, free nominations etc. are broken down by the manager among all shareholders, on a pro rata basis
Sales of shares are subject to a preemptive right from the current shareholders, with a validity of 30 days, except in the case when the purchaser is already a shareholder.
The stallion is not insured. Each shareholder is free to insure his/her own share(s).
