2. Click on « Create an account »

3. Fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk *

4. Click on the green « Create an account » button

Your account is available for all sales on Arqanaonline.com.

REGISTER FOR AN UPCOMING SALE

The registration process is required for every sale and must be completed 24h before the sale starts.

1. Log on to your account

2. Click on the green « Register » button referring to the sale you are interested in

3. Fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk *

The total credit requested refers to the maximum amount you intend to spend at the entire sale. You won’t be allowed to bid beyond this amount..

4. Your registration request is processed by ARQANA as promptly as possible. Once it has been approved, you receive an email confirming that you are registered to bid.

HOW TO BID ON ARQANAONLINE.COM?

1. Log on to your account

2. Click on the « LIVE » button in the header to watch the live stream of the sale.

3. You may bid by clicking on the proposed amounts or type in the amount of your choice.

Beware that your bid may be declined if another bid of the same or a higher amount is placed in the ring at the same time.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1. Immediately after the hammer has come down, you receive an email confirming that you are the successful bidder.

2. Around 15 minutes later, still by email, you receive a link to the digital purchase slip. Fill in all the required fields and click « OK ».

3. 3. A member of ARQANA gets in touch with you about the horse’s transport from the sales grounds.
